if you’re looking for a dependable business, this is not it. Our experience was nothing short of a disaster. My bf dropped off his son’s Nintendo Switch and was told 7-9 business days. They diagnosed the problem and he paid. There was no communication at all the next next week so my bf gave them a call after 9 business days to see what was going on. They told him that he was calling the wrong store and that they didn’t have his switch. Caused a huge panic. My bfs mom showed up there in person to figure out what was going on and suddenly the switch was found. They said it would be another day. Well that day came and it was going to be another day. Then another day. Then we got a call and were told the motherboard was destroyed and it couldn’t be fixed. Not only do they lack communication to their customers, they don’t care about your time aswell. When we brought that switch in, there was no issue with the motherboard. It was a battery issue. They wasted 2 weeks when we could have just gone somewhere else that had time for us. The best part is we didn’t even get a full refund. paid 100 and they only gave back 70 with some excuse about a policy. don’t go here. go literally anywhere else.

This place cannot be trusted. I went there and they said it will only take 2 days to fix it ,then they changed it again, saying it will take a week because they have to change some parts of my gadget so I gave them a week to fix it but after that they said they need more 12-15 days again, so I waited again but after that i never got a call from them so I called them multiple times for an update but never got an update!!!!! I gave them days to fix it, but they said they will call me when it’s done but they never did. They said they never fix my laptop, never touch it, and they told me I’ll have to come pick it up and find another store . Moral of the story, they wasted my time. It’s says “one of the best gadgets store” but they lied. ITS A SCAMMMMMMMMMM!!!! Don’t fall for it!!! They write their own reviewers.

Fantastic service. Was looking in the area for a good repairman for my MacBook as the screen display was acting faulty. This was a day before me travelling out of town and was very urgent. Ali was very quick and efficient, accommodating to my needs. After explaining the situation, he was kind enough to stay after store operating hours to fix my laptop, calling me when it was ready.Very efficient service and clear cut explanations, relieving my stress in this moment. Was a little pricey however much cheaper than Apple as these fixes are never cheap. Thank you Ali and I give my recommendation to Gadgets Nest!
