After calling around quite a few phone repair shops, I finally came across Gadgets Norton. Mark was so friendly and helpful on the phone, his quote was cheaper than others and could get the part I needed much quicker than others had quoted (the next morning). I explained I would be at work so I’d have to wait but he kindly offered to pick up and drop off the phone to my work place (up the road) so that was a huge help for me. The phone was collected before 9am and was returned to me by 11am. I’m so impressed, it looks brand new. I would definitely recommend Gadgets Norton to anyone who needs phone repairs doing. 5*
I called in today after initially just thinking of going to a ‘Brand’. The owner (Mark?) was superb and very friendly. He advised me of the perfect solution to my query even though it didn’t involve a sale for him. People of Norton (and beyond!) we really need to support this type of local business. Everyone keeps talking about DIY shops but because we all think ‘big brand’ before ‘local’, that keeps failing. Let’s make sure we support local business’ like this. Deffo my first stop for any gadget needs going forward.
Absolutely fantastic, I messaged via FB messenger for a quote and dropped the MIL phone in the next morning, needed a charge port and battery and it was done pretty quick. Great prices and a really lovely friendly and knowledgeable guy.
My husbands had his phone done here too and I will be bringing an old ish PC here too in the near future that won’t turn on.
