7 weeks with my laptop and still not fixed. The man who owns the shop didn’t even care enough to show his face an apologise for the awful customer experience. Instead he let his child daughter speak with me even though he was round the corner of the shop.

Laptop ended up in Bournemouth (no explanation why) and then still took another 2 weeks to get back. Excuse after excuse. Different delay or problem everytime I spoke to them. Constantly told it would be ‘1 more week’. Disgusting attitude when questioned about it. Not a single apology!

Cherry on top, when I went in to collect my laptop today (still not working) they had lost my charger and laptop bag. Gave me another charger which I’ve since tried in my work laptop and doesn’t even work. Refused any knowledge of my laptop bag at all and even took persuading that I gave my charger when I dropped it off.

There’s another repair shop a few doors down that looks 10x more professional and cleaner. Just use them instead. Not sure on how they operate but can’t be worse than being messed around by constant lies. Tried to cut corners using this shop but have ended up wasting so much time commuting to the store after them repeatedly not answering the phone, I’m down a charger & laptop bag + it’s still broke!

Very professional shop. I’ve been looking for PC monitor for my son and found the shop. Aaron was very professional, helpful and competent. Helped us choose the best monitor with the very best price you could find on the market. Would definetly recommend to everyone .. Definetly will use his service again whenever In need

This junk shop, stinks and resembles a scrap yard. All smiles while they get money as soon as you want it back they are rude, degrading ignorant. I would definitely go to a good place like curry’s, argos . Never will i go there or recommend it.
