Spoke to them about an issue with my high end computer which despite being a complicated windows issue involving many factors, it had taken less then four working days for the computer to be repaired with some back and fourth communication at key stages to preserve all the data and recover as much as possible.

The pricing is not as expensive as the data I could have lost, and I will be recommending this service to friends and family as this shop has provided nothing but care and communication throughout the stressful time.
