By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced here in Ansbach!!!! I have visited this store on 4x occasions and at every visit, I wait a minimum of 20-25min while the store owner talks and laughs with customers before he even acknowledges my presents.

I dropped off my laptop for repair weeks ago with no phone call. I decided to visit the store for an update and of course 20-25min wait. After the store owner finished checking out a customer in front of me, he disappeared to a back room without a word. I decided to leave and come back. Again another 20 minute wait before acknowledgement. With the help of another employee, the owner finally came to me and told me my mother board was broken and it was nothing he could do. He gave me my laptop in pieces and walked away again to help another customer. After 15 agonizing minutes of waiting again, I ask the employee for a bag to place my broken laptop in and walk away. The owner finally came back and said I owed him for a laptop battery I had already purchased. After reminding him I already paid, he said I still owe him 30 euro.

The employee noticed the blatant disrespect, kindly took out my hard drive for me and put my laptop back together. The employee apologized for the inconvenience so I gave him the 30 euro and took the lose and making up my mind that I would never do business here again.

To the owner, it’s obvious you don’t like Americans. I could be wrong but after offering you 300 euro to buy one of your laptops to replace mine, I guess my money is not good there either. I guess its true what they say, Germans don’t need a reason to be rude, they just are. (Not all Germans are this way).

To the employee, thank you for your help today and God bless you Sir.

I went to the Game Center off of. Recommendation from Media markt since they did not have what I was looking for. I went in and was surprised since I had never seen this store before. I asked a gentleman for the product but he did not understand me but he asked for a young man to assist. He was sitting at the enterance socializing. When I told the young man what I was looking for a ESATA cable or a docking station that supports it. He pulled out a docking station and I asked does it support esata. He said yes. I asked to open the box and when he did it did not support esata. When I asked for a esata cable he pointed at the wall and said it is on the wall and walked away and started to socialize with a friend behind the counter. I then asked to order one after not seeing one and he said sure and said it would take week. Then it appeared he was waiting for me to leave after I said I would like one ordered. Then I asked for documentation showing it was ordered. My German is not that good, but I understood enough to know he insulted me And I could tell because his friend snickered. I said never mind and walked out. I was so pissed because I love to support small business but not at exspense of the customer service. In my opinion the young man was more interested in socializing with his friends then making money for the business.

Great for any type of electronic repair. They are fast and friendly. Will help solve software and mobile phone issue also. Recommended to anyone looking for a friendly, affordable and reliable repair service.
