UPDATE: I dropped my phone twice recently and today 21/08/2024 and I luckily still had 2 spare screen protectors left and you replaced the screen protector today for free again with an agreement if I leave you with a 5 star Google review which I did previously 2 months ago or so.
And am updating this 5 star review with today’s experience which was overall good again however, I noticed the phone screen itself is now lifting up and popping out slightly which I didn’t see before and I can’t tell if it is damage from me accidentally dropping my phone or when your staff replaced the screen protector earlier today. It is a nearly 4 year old smartphone that needs replacing soon either way but I’m not very happy with this damage. But again, it could be due to dropping the phone or a possibly swollen phone battery after checking online, I don’t know. But please be extra careful with my phone in the future and I will also obviously be extra careful to not drop or damage my phone either.
Thanks for the free replacement of my screen protector though using the screen protector I provided.
