Was extremely nervous shipping my PS5 to York from Hull but they made the experience really reliable by having the package tracked and taking pictures and emailing me once they had received it. They also kept me posted along the way too, once fixed and after, to make sure everything was running fine and gave me a call after to let me know it was all okay and if they could ship it back. I sent it off on the Thursday, they emailed with all the updates on Friday and I received my Playstation back on the Saturday morning and so far everything is working perfectly. Would definitely recommend them, price was reasonable and got my playstation back quicker than I was expecting! Brilliant service.

After looking for a company to fix our son’s beloved switch, we came across these and they have been fantastic!! We sent off the switch and the next day we had emails regarding what needed fixing along with photos and details of what had happened to it, with a breakdown of costs, we didn’t feel that we had to get it fixed but the price was very reasonable for the work that needed doing. After sending the switch off, it was fixed and returned within 4/5 days, which I believe to be a very good time!
