Very poor, iPhone battery replacement – non-official parts used, damaged speaker & failed battery; taken to Apple, they could not repair / replace because of the damage caused. Offered refund by Gany, but just messed me around – nothing but excuses and empty promises after 8 visits and countless messages/calls.
Please don’t think my 1-star is deserved. I have zero confidence in their customer services, knowledge, workmanship, or trustworthiness… literally nothing positive to say.
Definitely the best shop in ossett! Me and my partner go all the time best deals on vapes and liquids… which we get frequently and reasonably price fix for my dads phone! Always treats customers with respect and care! They take care of good customers and I will always come back to this shop! Not only for the prices and variety but the amazing customer experiences!
Needed to urgently buy a new USB-C laptop charger for my work laptop as I had left mine on a train. Rang up 10 mins before closing asking if they had one, thankfully they did. Visited two mins later and the staff were extremely helpful in providing the right charger for a good price. Very grateful for the excellent service.
