Great local shop with exceptional customer service! I have had computer repairs done in the past by Garden Isle and had a great experience, with quick repairs and affordable pricing. After having such a good experience, over one year later I was looking for a new computer and monitor for work and I contacted them to inquire about my options. The staff got back to me quickly, offered helpful product knowledge, easy set-up, affordable pricing and excellent service! What a great guy to help with our computer needs. Jeff gives his undivided attention, will answer any and all of your questions with patience and clarity. He makes sure you know exactly what you need and what he will do to fix your problem. Besides that he’s friendly and chill. I am a senior and had a lot of questions. Awesome experience, highly recommend him.
I spilled milk on the keyboard and Jeff helped me check the motherboard and test the keyboard. Fortunately, the parts were not damaged by the milk. Jeff was very professional.
