We have been trading with GB UK Systems Ltd since they first started out as a sole trader in 2010 in that time period we have purchased well in excess of 20,000 units from them and have always found them prompt, efficient and customer focused. Where there has been issues, which unfortunately happens from time to time with 2nd user refurbished equipment, they have always rectified the problem without issue and in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend them.

Excellent service! GBUK Systems are very helpful and friendly. Delivery is always fast, packaged well and efficient and having used GBUK systems several times over the past 5+ years, I can categorically say they always go above and beyond.
David, Matt and Luke have always helped with sourcing the hardware i require and dealing with queries even when an issue arrises they’ve been fast to replace everything under warranty. Top service, will continue to use them for years to come.
Bought a couple of refurbished laptops from GBUK in 2018 and the transaction was good. Good to deal with, good price etc. etc. However, one had a faulty fan after a year. Spoke to them and sent it back. They fixed the problem under warranty, kept me infomred and above all else were actually real people who took ownership, not call centre folk on a script. A breathe of fresh air!
