GBiz took over the management of our IT infrastructure and support just 3 months ago. In this time,.they have significantly exceeded our hopes and expectations, not just for providing excellent support but in developing entirely new solutions to overcome previous problems. Staff diagnosed mother board fault,expensive to repair. Advised better to buy a new computer. With advice from staff I choose a laptop. Less than 36 hours later, I was back at the store picking up my new computer fully set up and all my data transferred from my old computer onto my new one.

Great service as always from the helpful and professional team, on carrying out health checks on my laptops, and fixing an external hard-drive and assisting me with technical advice.
