Upgraded my phone at this location. They were one of the only locations that had the iPhone 13 Pro I needed in stock. The employee (Alex) was extremely professional and eager to assist me. He made the process of purchasing a new phone extremely easy and quick.
He did attempt to upsell a protective software to me, which I declined and he did not push any further which was greatly appreciated.

I have been with Telus for too many years to count and tonight my experience with a young man named Alex reminded me why I stay. He talked not only me but my boyfriend through the whole process from start to finish. He laughed with us, shared lots of knowledge (he knows his stuff) and had us walking out the door with phones ready to go. Thank you Alex.
