The service is the best!

I called looking to repair a computer but eventually bought a laptop from them.

I needed the fastest computer possible and I had so many demands with speed, screen, connections and extra storage etc.. They all tried to find a way and I basically walked out with a computer the next day with all the specs I needed. They installed everything. This is truly important if you are a little technically challenge like me.
This is not your bog standard Boulanger or Darty where opening the computer for additional specs will lose you warranty.

I called after and asked them to change my French keyboard to QWERTY And they ordered it and just happy to be of help.

To top it off, the staff are truly there to help. Special mention to Maxime, who calls me with all the follow up questions and extra technology advice.

Yes I may have emailed panicked at the extra features I have in my new laptop.

Je connais le magasin depuis de nombreuses annees. Toujours d’excellents conseils. Les vendeurs ne forcent pas a l’achat et cherchent toujours une solution la plus economique. Le materiel achete (et en particulier l’imprimante epson conseillee pour sa faible consommation d’encre) a toujours donne satisfaction. On sent une equipe de passionnes par l’informatique mais qui ne cherche pas a en mettre “plein la vue” au neophyte que je suis.

I went to this place after I spilt orange all over my laptop yesterday. Great friendly guy, who took apart my laptop to discover how to fix it. After losing ope, he told me to leave it to air and gave me additional advice at no cost. Really lovely man and great business. Thanks for your help, I would have missed out on a lot of work if it wasn’t for you.
