Painfully slow! They spent more time inputting information into the computer, and trying to upsell Geek Squad memberships, rather than just listening to what I needed done.
25 minutes in line just to pick up my item. A very upbeat and friendly Best Buy employee offered to bring chairs out because they are so slow at Geek Squad.
I’ve dealt with the Geek Squad in past and frankly they need to tune up the business model to be customer driven, instead of getting every scrap of client detail Geek Squad can lay their hands on. Not amused.

Awesome experience! Rodney from geek squad showed up to mine & Dano’s bachelor pad to install a rafter mount flat screen tv, did a mint job with the hand crafted dropped L brackets to hold the flat screen TV, even pulled out my welder and torches to hand craft these beautiful brackets.. & the beer was cold! #longliveflinthilllodge.. definitely recommend Rodney, he’s a man of talent

I had in-house service September 29, 2023 and I am absolutely delighted. I competed the survey but didn’t get the opportunity to thank Roman Jot. He was great! I require more time to absorb new information and he was brilliant! Very kind and patient but he also took the time to write down a few helpful notes. It made a huge difference.
