DO NOT PURCHASE ANY WARRANTY!!!

I am disappointed with the way the issue has been handled. We purchased a five year warranty with Geek squad- Best Buy. When the problem showed up, we waited for almost two weeks for Best buy to book an appointment to send the technician. AND THEY DID NOT FIX THE MACHINE PROPERLY!!!!! The washer is still not working. They told us to wait for another 3-5 business days to get another technician but we never heard back from the team. EVENTUALLY, WE HAVE TO PAY EXTRA $198 TO GET ANOTHER TECHNICIAN FROM OTHER PLACE. What Best buy and geek squad do is to let their customers wait forever! And they never read your email or your inquiries!!!!!!! DO NOT PURCHASE ANY WARRANTY!!!!! THE WARRANTY WONT WORK WHEN PROBLEMS SHOW UP

At the time of purchasing services we were told that we would be able to cancel anytime. After many calls without a response and an overall substandard customer service I wanted to cancel my subscription, however I was told that there was a 1 year contract I had to stay in to avoid paying a cancellation fee. When I informed the employee that I had made no such contract he told us to go in the store and they would be able to cancel my subscription. And when we talked to the employees of the store they told us that there is nothing they could do and canceling subscriptions has to be done through phone. In the end I was forced to put in a lot of time and effort with no results. It became evident that the whole service is just a scam.

This started off as a horrific adventure, damn!!! I must of called 6 numbers and listened to an hour of prerecorded messages with no useful information. And when I got ahold of a real person they sent me back into the prerecorded message maze. But once I came in the guys at the Geek Squad counter were amazing! My issue was the computer that needed fixing was my son who is in engineering and basically needs to spend every day with it. They told me to come in first thing and I could wait, would be about an hour. 26 minutes later all done. Under promise over deliver.!!!! Love it! My membership has been totally worth it! Thank you
