10/10 would not recommend terrible experience tried to call the store that is literally impossible agent teresa G if that’s even your real name was useless pretty rude i might add idk where else you are supposed to buy tvs in Belleville but wouldn’t waste your time or money there amazon maybe
My laptop’s hard drive crashed. My tech agent George B. from The Geek Squad in Belleville Ontario Canada went above and beyond with his promises to have our lap to us in a timely manor. His level of professionalism will find him climbing up the corporate ladder in no time!
These people do not do repairs to products unless they are previously bought at Best Buy why I’m not quite sure
