Very bad service, I upgraded my phone at best buy and they add this protection plan to my contract then charge me. I check my credit card statement and call them to cancel after 5 days, they said cant not cancel on phone aske me go to store. I went to best buy square one to cancel they said they only can cancel after 30 days. ok that’s fine. Apr 22 I called to cancel, get cancellation number and I ask the agent he said I dont get charge, and today I check my credit card I got charge again on same day I cancel Apr 22. I contact them back they around and around no answer. DONT NEVER GET SERVICE WITH THEM, BE CAREFUL WHEN DOING TRANSACTION WITH BEST BUY too.

One star so I can post these comments, otherwise it would have been zero stars. I find them unreliable. They give you a date for coming then the morning they are expected they cancel and change the date for three-four dates ahead without warning, and that was not the first time. Not happy with their service at all, and if I needed electrical help of any sort with appliances in the future it would not be the company I would be wanting help from. Right now I am stuck with them as I paid for their services, but never again.
Best Buy I found their delivery schedule good, and stayed update on their delivery.

I have always appreciated Geek Squad helping me with computer needs. Most recently, I was most grateful to them, and particularly Alvin, who was so knowledgeable and helpful when my laptop stopped working 3 days before the recent pandemic stay-at-home order — he worked to get my new laptop and tablet ordered and set-up by his team in just a couple days and I was so grateful! Thank you, Geek Squad!
