I emailed Kyle about a computer problem with loading and reading my cd/dvd drive. I sent 2 pictures of the guts if my computer to ask him if it was cheaper to just buy a portable DVD driver or get my computer fixed. Although he was out of the area, he saw one if 2 options and as it turns out, he was right in the money with the 2nd option. I appreciated him getting back to me with the options rather than, “Bring it in and I’ll take a look”. I had to get it fixed somewhere else but because if Kyle’s options, I was able to suggest it to the other place and it was a cheap, easy fix.

Kyle helped me save my old laptop so that I could avoid buying a new one for a couple more years. It runs beautifully now with a new hard drive. It used to feel like I was running on dial up it was so slow! He was very responsive to emails and explained the work and prices very well. His prices are great and he got my laptop back to me in 48 hours. He also picks up and drops off your computer at your home or office which is so convenient. Will definitely use him again in the future.

Kyle agreed to try to fix the broken hinge on my laptop and warned me that it might be beyond repair. He kept me in the loop with his progress and ultimately was not satisfied with the result and refused to charge me. I gave him a tip anyway and will definitely return to him should I ever need service again. I appreciated Kyle’s honesty, responsiveness and willingness to give things a try. And tbh the hinge actually functions, after a fashion.
