The man who works there is extremely rude and unprofessional. I essentially had to beg him to take my computer for repair and beg him for a quote he then provided a hyper inflated price for me to pay, and when I refused he told me I owe PS100 for the ‘labour’ which was conveniently hidden on the website to which he then claimed I should be grateful it was collected. This whole business is dishonest and impossible to trust, I’m assuming the people who have given good replies are either friends or only had small fixes. Don’t waste your time here or with Aamir, he seems to be the only one who works there yet he doesn’t keep track of anything you’ve told him regarding repair, which really said alot about the type of work he does hence why I wanted my PC back and I will be taking it to a far better place.

Although the process of collection is quick, not getting any sort of official receipt when handing over a 1500 pound laptop is a little unnerving. However, the process after that was quick, efficient and the laptop was returned working again. Given that I had managed to short out 2 of the chips on the motherboard whilst upgrading the SSD myself(had done it twice before with no issues), to get it back working again was a relief. Even though the bill was 317 pounds. Highly recommended.

Wifi signal in my house was not great. I spoke to Amir and he sent network specialist to our house. The engineer called “numan” visited in our property and suggested some good wifi extenders and boosters. He installed it for us and since than no more wifi dropping issues.
