When we first started with this company they were great. We had a technician named Alex, we really like him, and he was very caring, smart, and did a great job. However we have had to move on after month of trying to get a hold of anyone and not getting a response. Even before this we had to hound the tech to get a job done. Sorry to see them go down as I believe they are having staffing issues. I think they also could be out of business. We have since found a new provider that has all 5 star reviews and we can count on them. We rely on reviews before we deal with a company. That is why we are only giving a one star review. I have only given a one star review once but felt we had to after 5 month of no response after email, calling and texting.
if I could do 0 stars I would. Completely unprofessional would not answer any of my calls. Decides he’s not going to work on it and leave it outside to pick up. DO NOT RECCOMEND
Harassment emails? you mean the one that said this? “Why is your phone disconnected? Answer my calls you have my computer”
Lies on lies. I called multiple times because your phone was disconnected. post the email I sent, lets see it.
I am not sure what is going on with this small local – previously well reviewed company – but something has gone very, badly wrong. They’ve gone from great work and service – to invisible. Having contacted them several times over the last few weeks to get a Mac laptop I left with them back, I have heard absolutely nothing. I’m now thinking I will never get it back. I’m a senior and it’s a big loss.
