Had my lap top fixed there once and was fine with it but I just had a call with someone who was so rude to me over the phone while I was just calming and Nicky asking questions about my older laptop. I have an older laptop I wanted to go on again to kinda messa round with and use in my bedroom and being talked to in a loud town that my laptop is dead “why would you want to use it is beyond me” while I was just asking questions and ending my side of it with “oh ok yea I just wanted to see if I could do anything” and still being talked to in a rude tone that my laptop is dead and why bother (I understand that it may be fact Nd it’s fine but the tone was very rude). I doubt I’ll come back to them unless is really really have to.
The staff here is really friendly and casual to where you feel comfortable speaking in both a professional tone and even a laid back manner. Overall one of the most professional places I’ve had the honor of stepping foot into.
By far the best in Brandon, they’ll help you understand what should be done with your computer and do it at a good price. The People running the business are kind and helpful. I don’t go anywhere else
