Went here awhile ago to get a Samsung Galaxy Android phone fixed after I had dropped it and it was one of the most awkward experiences of my life. I think they had my phone for like a month and I did not hear back from them at all. I then went back to see what was going on and while I waited my turn to get service, the employees were arguing and swearing at each other. It was bizarre. I never got service after waiting for like half an hour so I just got up and left. Finally after about a month and a half my patience wore thin, I asked for my phone back and they made the problem even worse. The phone was a complete mess, cover was off, no idea what they did with it. Couldn’t salvage it so I just put it in scrap.

It’s also curious that they respond to every 1-star review (literally every single one) that there is “no record” of the customer being there. Based on my own experience, I’m not surprised with a lack of professionalism like that. There is absolutely no way every negative experience here is a fake one. Total shysters.

I busted the camera on my Samsung S10 and thought it would cost a fortune to fix or be a new phone….. But to my surprise I got amazing service and good conversation while I waited. I went in Tuesday morning and was told my new camera would be in Friday (for a great price). Then I mentioned my son’s birthday was Saturday and I work Friday… The lovely lady then pushed my order to Thursday and let me drop in right away to repair the device and it is perfect!!

A hidden small-town gem!

Brought my phone in to fix a swelling battery, I already had a small crack in my screen protector but nothing major. the bending of my screen from the swelling caused a glitch along the side of my phone. when returned after having the battery replaced, not only was this glitch still present, but it had actually been returned in worse condition. Not what i was expecting…
