If I could give 0 stars I would. This man is a conman. I dropped my phone off to be fixed last week, guy told me 4hrs wait PS60. Upon collection and leaving the shop I notice the Apple Pay no longer works nor can I hear on phone calls (which both worked before he ‘fixed’ my phone)
I went back to ask the man to fix the Apple Pay and he proceeded to ignore me, serve other customers and then shout at me for asking him to fix my phone correctly.
A horrible experience, a clearly rude and aggressive man, and no I have a phone which works even less than when I took it to him and I’ve paid PS60 for it.
I will be taking further action.
Do not buy anything from this shop.

OUTSTANDING customer service! The young lad, Mina if I’m correct, was suuuper helpful. I was making a birthday card for my dad and needed a text printed out which turned out to be way more tricky to print. He was messing around for 20-30 minutes before he figured out how to do it. I very much appreciate his persistence! Managed to create the birthday card as imagined. And it was also suuuuuuper cheap, there wasn’t even a base fee, unfortunately can’t remember the exact price anymore. I was very happy to have found such a good place with great prices and a helpful, competent guy. Wish you much success! 🙂
Excellent customer service! I’ve taken quite a few of my iPhones into this shop over the years and they’ve always managed to fix them all really quickly and efficiently.
It’s saved me having to buy a brand new phone on more than one occasion and was really impressed with quality and value for money.
There’s an internet shop inside as well and they were really helpful showing me how download and print off some files.
