My experience with this company has been so bad, I have taken them to court (Jan 2024) and I’m awaiting the case to be heard. Attached is the photo of my damaged amplifier returned by Get It Fixed. I sent them a CD player for repair. Then they asked for the amplifier to test the CD player. Only they dumped the CD player. The amplifier was never used and was returned in the condition shown in the pictures. Their comms is non existent nor have they responded to emails detailing complaints. Their website portrays a false picture of their setup. You are also invited to leave complaints for which there would be a response within 3 days. I have NEVER received a formal response to any of the issues. The company boss, who knew what I was doing stage by stage, left me 2 options. It was either forget it or I find a way to get them to engage. I have a Get It Fixed review posted on Trust Pilot, you can’t miss it. Get If Fixed attempted to have that removed. I had to provide evidence for it to remain on the platform. Get it Fixed had me fight for truth there too. It’s now classified the as verified. I think you’ll get a truer insights into companies from verified reviews, not ones generated by friends and co. I think they breach of some part of the licence which allows them to trade. For me, what they fail to understand, those of us who own ‘retro’ equipment for all these years, is the value of the equipment to us in those terms. To date, they have not commented on the damage as seen in the photos. They took pictures showing intact legs when they received it. Get It Fixed had started a counter claim against me for some PS3000 expenses they supposedly incurred and said I was trying to extort money from their company. It appears now (May 2024) they are no longer proceeding. PS3000 is way more than the whole stack system costs at 25 years ago prices. Ironically their description of my equipment was ‘cheap to replace’. They have never sent a repair bill because they haven’t presented the repair. I have emails asking when might the repair be complete, how much do I owe. I even enquired about a sub woofer and replacing the speaker as the next job. This is not an isolated incident either. I stumbled across Get It Fixed Ltd whilst on a weekend away in Birmingham, and whilst wandering around the Jewellery Quarter, I saw their advertising, and office/workshops. I was very happy whilst reading their brief, and thought these are the people for me! The reason being was that I had a Bose Series 1 Sound-Dock at home, that had in the previous few weeks, stopped working. I have had my Sound-Dock from new, and for now quite a few years. I have always been happy with the sound, its ease to use, its overall look and quality. So I was not happy to have the thought of losing it to the trash can and have to think about a new purchase of equal equivalent. Especially has there was really no reason for it having stopped playing. Only its age possibly ? So I made contact with Get It Fixed and this kind of problem, and the type of work required to investigate the problem, with the hope of repair was exactly what they were set up to do. So I booked a repair slot, packed up the system carefully and posted off to them the following week. Excellent communication at all times from Get It Fixed, informing me of where my job was, and at what stage. I felt happy and confident that my Bose Sound-Dock was in very good hands and soon to be back with me. I just had to remain patient, and the following weeks soon flew past, and the messages from Get It Fixed were only positive and a repair would be 100% successful with some new and replacement parts. Complete Success! I would use Get It Fixed again and would thoroughly recommend their services to friends & family, or anyone in fact. A top class, efficient, hard working team. Thank you.

I sent in my control panel off our caravan fridge to be assessed then repaired , I felt this was the cheaper option than paying PS214 for a new one as I’d already bought a new control box for it . I paid express payment to skip the queue and it was found faulty and the parts ordered and fitted , however when I plugged it all back in the fridge still didn’t work unfortunately, so my only way of rectifying the fault was to do what I should have done first time around and buy a new panel which worked . I think I paid over PS155 with work done, parts and express service so I’m not best happy . The service was fairly straight forward and I’m sure these guys are good at what they do but for me it didn’t work .
