I have never left a bad review before, but this one needs to be done. Upon walking into the shop, the female that was sitting at the desk had no more than a care in the world to greet us, and I could instantly tell customer service was not her strong point. I then brought the 2012 apple mac home excited to set it up and it was asking for a password, it took Rachel multiple hours and messages to respond. Upon putting the password in and exploring the computer for no more then 10 minutes it shut off and upon booting it up again it took me to the MacOs screen and I than rang apple and they said id have to download the software, so I though no better idea then to message the “computer repair” business I bought the mac off, and now I think the text messages speak for themselves with how she came up with excuses and had no problem for palming me off and not dealing with the issue at hand.

Will never be walking through that door again and always push people elsewhere.

I had challenging software and hardware issues when I purchased my new Mac computer. Get that Geek solved these for me, some of which were quite challenging. I found it particularly helpful to be able to talk directly with Rachel, their technician, whom I must say is unbelievably good, someone who seems to be able to solve difficult unusual problems with ease. What’s more I found their fees quite reasonable. I also needed a large capacity backup drive that I agreed to buy from Rachel but next day I received an email from her to say she found an equivalent one at JB Hi-Fi that was cheaper – what’s more she ordered it for me and arranged for its delivery a no extra cost! I can’t thank Rachel enough for her honesty and good service. I’m not one to normally write reviews but dealing with Get that Geek was so much better than any other computer company I have dealt with in the past that I felt on this occasion I should do so.

I can not recommend Rachel enough. She has gone above and being for and the business. As soon as I contacted Rachel she is onto it straight away. No job is too big for her. I call with a question or I pop into the shop and she immediately has the time for me even though she’s absolutely smashed with work. Please look no further when it comes to anything technical with devices. Thank you again Rachel for going above and beyond and helping fix every issue I’ve had so far. If I could give more stars I would. She’s such a kind mannered human & is always so happy/Smiley
