I’d been having a number of headache inducing blue screens on my gaming PC for months and, despite having worked in IT, was unable to troubleshoot it to any degree of success.

Finally I swallowed my pride and took my computer to Gig & a Bit. Jeremy spent the next week painstakingly going through all the possible causes with a level of expertise and professionalism that you don’t see too often these days (I had avoided PC repair replaces in the past due to a “just reinstall windows” mentality prevalent in a lot of them).

Anyway, if you’re having any issues this is the place to go. I relieved phone calls during the week updating me where he was at along with other advice regarding my set up. Jeremy also optimised by boot order so, along with identifying the culprit of my issues, made my PC faster in the process.

The price for all his work was extremely reasonable. As a tech and gaming nerd, I highly recommend this place!

I wasn’t able to log into my laptop after an old work email address was made obsolete. I phoned IT support who “attempted” to fix the issue. After 4 frustrating days I called Gig and a bit and explained what had happened. It was dropped off Wednesday morning and was ready for pick up that afternoon. Unbelievably fast service, friendly and helpful and reasonably priced.
