Great experience. Purchased refurbished laptop 2 weeks ago. I always like to wait a few week after purchase to leave a review on electronic products.

Went in to inquire about refurbished laptops for business use.
I was asked what I’d want it for specifically and was shown what they had available. They did not try to upsell me to the more expensive laptops they had as it would not be a necessary cost with my planned usage.
Laptop came with a 3 month warranty and after 2 weeks of heavy usage shows absolutely no issues.

Staff were friendly and knowledgeable even asking how much travelling I would be doing with it in order to choose from their selection based on weight. They took the time to enquire about my business venture and showed genuine interest and wished me good luck.

Highly recommended, even from someone who has been building computers for 20yrs. (I just hate messing around with laptop internals.)

These guys always come through! They’ve dealt with potential liquid damage on my laptop a couple of times now and are always really nice, very fast, and very reasonably priced. They communicate all the options to you and give really sensible advice on what is worth doing and what’s not. Wouldn’t take any of my electronics anywhere else!

Instant over the counter, friendly service – and no charge!! I’ll not go anywhere else with a computer issue in future
