I arranged to drop off our 11 year old Windows 7 tower PC to Gigante for their health check service on the 10th July. I was told it would be ready on the 14th, which it was. I was informed of the cause of a noisy fan, which they were able to replace for me for an addition PS24.99 (parts + labour), and I collected the system on the 15th July. I am very happy with Gigante’s service, everyone’s friendly and willing to offer advice – I may be replacing our current PC and have Gigante on my list to consider.
Just went in to get a screw for the back of my laptop as it fell out and needed replacing. They told me the bracket was broken and because I needed my laptop back in a timely fashion it would cost PS350. I walked 30 seconds to CEX and the lads popped in a screw like I requested and fixed it without charge. I wasn’t looking for a free service just a fair one.

I went to get my PC diagnostics and repair done here and I got much more! I was communicated with well and got replies often, also the staff were friendly and welcoming and were very reassuring with my problems, also side note, during the repair they even went the extra mile and did some cable management! It feels like a brand new PC.
I highly recommend this store for any of your PC needs.
