On a scale of 1 to 10 Gigasoft computers are extremely well worth the investment, product and product knowledge are excellent. Brad comes across as a very honest person and that is huge with anybody. You want to buy there, for all of the above reasons. Brad interviewed me to see what I wanted because I needed a new computer, so with a few questions and a little bit of time, he actually built me a computer and wow I am really appreciative of his skills and knowledge. Brad has been very helpful and accommodating with all my computer needs. My technology knowledge is very limited, Brad answers all my questions and concerns and does all my computer service quickly and efficiently. I’m from out of town, he always makes himself available any day I’m in the city when I’m needing his services. He will answer questions either by phone calls or messaging, walks me through any task I’m having difficulty with and he’s eager to explain whatever I don’t understand.
