Greg is just a good dude.

Took my laptop in there to inquire about variety of small problems. He was patient in explaining what I was dealing with and recommended a few different routes I could go. Their refurbished stock was scarce at the time of my visit and to my shock he actually suggested I hit up a big box store to try and take advantage of the boxing week sales that he admitted a small shop like his couldn’t compete with.

After some consideration I decided to go with a hard drive switch to flip over to a SSD after Greg’s assurance that would fix my speed issue. He gave me some tips on how to backup my computer and sent me on my way with a no pressure offer to bring it back at my earliest convenience. I came back a few hours before closing and he said he would have it done early the next day.

True to his word, before 1030 the next morning he gave me a call and just like that I was up and running again!

Pleasure to deal with from start to finish and as an added bonus has some sweet pizza coupons for another local shop a few doors down!!

Super quick services and reasonable prices. My old MacBook pro just died unexpectedly when I needed it the most. I’ve checked around for good reviews and found Gizmo’s Computers. Reviews were 100% accurate. I’ve arrived in the morning with the dead machine, Greg checked it out and gave me a “diagnosis” right on the spot. He called me that same afternoon and confirmed the initial assessment, suggested solutions and I was able to pick up a replacement laptop at the end of the day. He even transferred all my stuff from the old to the new laptop, so nothing was lost. I also noticed that the shop was pretty busy during my two quick visits. I’ll highly recommend the services and stock of products from this place.
