I have been associated with computers since the days, long ago, of the ZX80, have installed computers at work and even helped develop a medical computer programme.
However I had an unsolvable problem with a newly purchased XPS computer.
I took the computer for Steven to attempt a fix late one afternoon.
Next morning it was ready to collect working perfectly.
I then required a little “fine tuning” to enable me to acquire email messages from a long dead email account.
This was done within the day at no extra charge.
