Their service was amazing! From phone call to in shop. When I asked if they could give my PS4 a full service. Chris allowed me to know they can do this for me on the day and potentially have it back the same day. When I passed it over later than I had originally told them when I’d be in. It may have had to stay with them until the following morning. I then received a phone call from Chris a couple of hours later to say it was ready to collect.

All dust was removed from my console and new thermal paste was applied. This gave me great confidence in know my playstation would no longer sound like a jet taking off!

Thank you once again for such a great service. I will most definitely be recommend to friends and going back myself.

Had a problem with purple patches on my LG tv screen which is about 6 years old, called Glenfield Electronics they said it was probably the back lighting,bring it in, and we will check it for you.Took tv in on Monday morning they said it was as they thought and fitted new ones picked it up in the afternoon.

Good customer service. I would definitely go back. They repaired my TV and were kind enough to do it free of charge, because although the part was out of warrantee it should have lasted longer. A goodwill gesture that was really appreciated.
