Had an issue with my charge port, my S22 Ultra battery wasn’t charging. In order to charge my phone, I had to charge it wirelessly.

Brought the phone in April 23rd, they weren’t able to replace the charge port since they didn’t have the universal charge port they said my phone needed.

Came back in the 24th, they placed the order for the part, I placed a $30 deposit for the part.

It wasn’t ready before the end of the day so had to wait until the 25th to pick it up.

Came to a total of 141.20 ($30 deposit, $93.20 after the repair, along with a 20% tip I told my wife to give because their customer service was phenomenal).

New charge port didn’t work, originally made a negative google review until the next steps they took below in the updates.

Update 10 AM April 26th: They called first thing after opening and requested I bring it in to look over it, will narrow down possible issues on my end. Technology can be finicky, or need to be adaptable and I understand that.

Update 10:40 AM April 26th
-tested with multiple lightning cables, no charge
-unplugged and plugged back in, waited a few minutes each time to test if it was a connection issue between charger and charger port. No charge
-cleared cache partition to narrow any possibilities of bugs causing issues, repeated previous tests, no charge
-opened system apps> USB Settings> wiped cache and data>restarted phone, no charge
-will switch SIM card back over to perform *#0808# and enable USB storage connection mass storage mode to test. If that still fails, will perform ##4636## diagnostics code

Customer service from the morning guys is fantastic as usual. Looking forward to turning this review to a 5 star.

Update May 2nd: they brought my phone into their main office to run a diagnostics and tested phone again, called me to update me with the good news that my phone is fixable. Turns out the S22 Ultra takes a specific charge ports out of 3 different charge port models compatible with my phone (charge port model that is one of the 2 that won’t work with my phone was replaced with the faulty factory one) but unfortunately the one my phone requires they don’t have in stock in any of their locations in Canada or the US, so they said they’re going to order it in.

Really appreciating how thorough these guys are being, the updates, clear communication, informative, taking the extra steps.

Update May 15th: missed their calls 14th and 15th that the part came in, been working night shifts last while, waking for work after shop was closed, will bring in phone next day off

Update May 18th: they ran diagnostics and narrowed it down to a bad motherboard issue, which couldn’t be fixed with a new charge port, so issued a full refund.

These guys really made every effort they could to fix it, went above and beyond, and I wouldn’t hestitate to go there for any other devices in future

AVOID AT ALL COST!!! I had an incredibly disappointing experience with this shop’s back glass installation for my phone. Despite never dropping my phone, the back camera somehow broke from the inside. To make matters worse, they lasered off the paint on my camera and during the repair and said they couldn’t fix it. They promised to call back to resolve the issue but never did.

Instead of focusing on quality service, they kept asking customers for a 5-star review to get a discount. (hence why their fake review score) But the reality is their service quality is terrible. My phone broke within three months of their so-called ‘repair.’ Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. This shop is a waste of time and money.

Service was amazing, thanks to Bismen and Anmoldeep Kaur you were both so friendly and well explaining of the process of repairs. I went in to get my Samsung s23 ultras screen repaired and I had already wandered some other business in downtown langley doing it for 770-900$ bucks a pop. But here it was way cheaper, 400$. So I got it and in less than an hour and half of dropping it off they fixed it! Would definitely recommend going here for any sort of repairs. I also got a screen protector which was only 10$!
