In total had 4 visits from 3 different engineers and 2 cancelled visits. One cancellation was 30 mins before to say the part had somehow got broken in the van on the way to us. Had to chase Glotech every time to arrange the next visit despite them saying they would arrange with us. In the end after 4 visits us paying for callout charge and paying for parts the dishwasher was still not fixed and the engineer said go back to the place where you bought it. Meant no dishwasher for us for 3 months. We are still waiting to be credited back for the parts that we paid for but were not fitted. Very poor service. And very costly for Glotech. In total 6 visits arranged with 4 taking place and 2 cancellations and in the end still didn’t fix the dishwasher. If this had been done professionally on the first visit would have saved Glotech a lot of money on wasted visits and we would have been a satisfied customer. Very unhappy overall.

Excellent Service
Blocked inlet/drain warning lights on 20 year old Miele washing machine. Plumber said neither blocked. Instruction book unhelpful.
Called Glotech. Alex came & identified defective seal on steam vent. He returned two days later to apply sealant & said to contact him if any problems. No additional charge for second visit.
Cannot use machine for a few days while sealant hardens.
Head Office communicated well, as did Alex who was prompt, helpful & knowledgeable
Bill less than a quarter of the price of a new machine.

Came out for Miele dishwasher repair, water softener needs replacing, turn up with an inlet valve, no surprise, not fixed, softener now here, 1st visit cancelled for health problem, 2nd for untrained staff, 3rd for injury, 4th, just didn’t show up. PS500 into a 1k dishwasher now. Avoid, them will be on to trading standards if full refund is not received by the end of the week
