My Samsung S95B TV died at less than two years old. It wouldn’t switch on and I feared I might have to splash out on a new one. I searched Google for a TV repairer and found GMC TV Repairs in Telford, a 35 minute drive from my home. Every review was five stars and everyone spoke warmly of Colin’s skill and customer service. I corresponded with Colin by text message and arranged to bring it in. He quickly diagnosed the problem – power board failure, a known issue with the Samsung S95B. He sourced the part, fitted it and contacted me a week later to say it was fixed. I collected the TV in my van and it is working perfectly again. The reviews were true. TV repairers are a dying breed in our throwaway society and it was great that Google helped me to find Colin. A fair price and a good job. He’s also a really nice chap and a pleasure to deal with.
An excellent TV repair service was provided by Colin who readily identified the problem with my TV (LED lights needed to be replaced). He completed the repair at a reasonable price and timeframe. I definitely recommend GMC TV Repairs who provide an excellent service.
