My laptop locked and I was unable to access any of my information. I found Goffs Oak PC repair on google and I am so very pleased that I did. It was Saturday lunchtime and Alex was extremely helpful. I wasn’t expecting him to help me so quickly, I left my laptop for him to hopefully sort it out, which he did after a couple of hours it was fixed. I can’t thank him enough, I would highly recommend Alex, he is very knowledgeable, and nothing is too much trouble.
Had a couple of very old computers and a third separate hard drive. Handed all to Alex with task of trying to recover any old data (cherished photos and videos) and within 24 hours I had a phone call saying everything was ready and transferred to a memory stick! Couldn’t believe it! Excellent service, very knowledgeable and fair price. Could not ask for better. Thoroughly recommended
Alex changed over my laptop’s hard-drive, reinstalled Windows and a number of key programs, including MS Outlook, which included importing previously saved .pst files. All went smoothly! Alex offers a first class service from start to end. He’s extremely knowledgeable, professional and customer-service oriented. Highly recommend!
