Had a fantastic experience dealing with Mitch. My son’s iPhone 11 was dropped at school and the camera was not working anymore so I had never used this kind of service before. Mitch was very accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. He tried his best to come out to our house but unfortunately ran out of time so I was just expecting that he would fix it the next day, but he went out of his way to go to my son’s workplace and fix it for him there.
