Over the last few years Andy at Gold IT Services has sorted out my new laptop when the manufacturers refused. Sorted my computer when I missed a letter out of a web address and ended up with all sorts of gremlins taking it over. So when my old computer showed signs of giving up I asked him to build me another one. I am not a gamer but need good spec for my photography. Within a week I had a new computer and, while still getting used to the new Windows 11 operating system, I am very happy with it. He is a my go to man for computers.
Andy was the first to contact me after my enquiry. He is very polite and explains things in simple terms. I required help in learning to use my PC and as part of Andy’s background is in tuition he showed me the basic uses of office software without going into jargon that I wouldn’t understand. He also setup my new internet router and connected all required devices by wifi or wired. I would definitely use Andy again and recommend him to others”
After a period of period of crashing and error codes after the local service engineer of the international company didn’t return my calls after sending him a screen grab of the code, Andy sorted it out and I didn’t lose any of my work on it.. Now looks and works fine. I now have a new computer expert to keep me on the road.
