Couldn’t be happier with this service.
I needed all of the data saved from a USB that had broken. I was quoted upwards of PS300 at every other store that I asked. Goldmine quoted me PS150, which I was stoked with. When I dropped off the USB, he looked at it and said “oh, this will be much easier than I thought – please only transfer PS100”. He definitely did not need to do that and it shows what a genuine and trustworthy service they are, as I was prepared to pay the higher price. All of my data was recovered on the same night as I dropped it off.

I was assisted by Richard who was extremely professional and helpful! My computer stopped working and after assessing the situation he told me that unfortunately it could not be repaired (or would have been too expensive) so he proceeded with data recovery, which was done very quickly and smoothly! He kept me posted throughout the process and was always available over the phone if I had any questions. Recommended!
Amazing service! Richie was a star fixing my laptop with urgency. The information over the phone was clear and helpful to understand what to expect.
