I came in after I had spilled milk on my laptop, and figured it was best to take it to an expert for proper cleaning. The service was fast, and he was honest about explaining the situation. Sadly, my laptop was too damaged to be fully repaired, but he offered a brand new laptop at a reasonable price for my budget. And he even helped transfer the files from my old hard drive to the new computer. While loosing the laptop was stressful, with GoToTech, I was back to business again ASAP.

If I ever need help fixing this new laptop, I have no doubt about where I’m going for help.
