I had a iMac that needed an upgraded memory. It was great value, really quick, great communication, assess the issue and determined what would be done and it was completed within a day at the exact price quoted. Also extremely friendly, a nice experience all round and one I would heartily recommend to anybody who had a computer issue that needed solving. Graham went above and beyond to remedy a very weird issue with my MacBook Pro. It was really fortuitous that he has the same model as mine, so he was able to diagnose and remedy the fault, even going as far as swapping out components between the 2 computers to test. Quick turnaround time and very reasonable rates. Happy and relieved!
Excellent service, lost files on my computer and took my computer to them (desktop Lenovo). Managed to find my files and also as my computer is 4 years old and was running sooooo slow, replaced the hard drive now I cant believe I put up with it for so long! Good price would highly recommend.
