Had a problem with Windows 10 compatability on some kit (which I’d purchased elsewhere), and they were great in helping/advising me on my options, all free of charge. This made a very favourable impression, as their first priority was ‘how can I help this guy’, rather than ‘how can I get a sale out of this guy’. Will return for paid advice next time!
