So I dropped my phone and the top right hand side of the screen was cracked. While the screen was cracked, my camera still worked perfectly (front and back camera, Face ID, flashlight etc) However, when the guys here fixed my screen, they also broke the camera function. They offered to repair it but it was going to cost more and would take 3 days. Sorry I cannot give this place a good review. They told me the camera function doesn’t work because I dropped it, but as mentioned above, the camera function was working perfectly for days after I dropped it – it just suddenly stopped working when they changed my screen. Unfortunately, my German isn’t very good and their English wasn’t very good, so there was an issue with communication.
My Galaxy s21+ had a black screen issue that wouldn’t resolve itself by rebooting. I took in my phone and they analyzed, repaired it, and had it ready the following day. They even repaired the battery issue I was experiencing with my old Samsung phone right there on the spot when I went to pick up my Galaxy s21+. All for a very reasonable price.
The two gentlemen who assisted me were extremely kind and attentive. Great customer service. I can’t recommend this place enough for all cell phone repair needs.
