I have never met this guy (his name is Al) but spoke to him on the phone re my problem with my PC and its IP number.
I was very struck by his friendliness and willingness to tell me what he thought my problem was.
Five minutes after we ended our conversation, I did what he suggested and hey presto, success!
Many of his rivals might have charged me the PS35 an hour he charges, and not batted an eyelid. But he by contrast did not want me (an OAP) to pay out money unnecessarily…so it cost me nowt.

Didn’t do what I asked & left me with same problem. Altered my screen resolution, took me time to get back my settings. Did not open the file with my PC issues as I asked him to, opened several private personal files. Simply installed 3rd party software to speed up PC which any one could do themselves. Had to take & collect PC from his hose. Hanging or crashing apps not fixed. Screwed up my VISA pin no on portable card reader held together with Sellotape.
What a guy polite and he did a great job quickly and just as I asked.The price was excellent and my laptop runs as well if not better than when new. Highly recommended.
