Purchased computer last July, computer arrived very quickly. Had a psu issue recently and contacted Groovy. I was amazed to get a reply to my email within minutes (on a weekend). They figured everything out super fast, new ups right away (better than the original). The entire time they kept in direct contact updating me along the way. Amazing computer, ever more amazing service, in my opinion that’s very rare these day’s.
