We had the dreaded ‘blue screen of death’ and really slow performance from our laptop and having googled briefly saw all the brilliant reviews for Grove Geeks. Having sent an email one evening, within half an hour Julian had responded and within less than 48 hours the laptop was all back up and working like a dream. Julian is the best possible combination of being personable and brilliant at customer service but also an expert at what he does. His prices are extremely fair and frankly his customer service and speed alone outranks the big high street competitors we’ve ever used in the past. I absolutely wouldn’t hesitate to use him again and would recommend to anyone in need of some tech support.

I had some issues with my windows 10 after installing a new motherboard, I contacted Grove Geeks, spook to Julian that told me I could drop my pc on the afternoon. Soon I drop my pc Julian straight away started to work on my pc, update me with any steps of the process, honestly I never had a service of any kind with this level of communication, AMAZING. Any of my doubts or questions was answered in minutes or seconds. Julian went above and beyond. Julian was so helpful and went above and beyond to help me. I had an old hard drive that stopped working years ago and wanted to find out what was on it and retrieve photos if possible. It is so good to find a local IT company with reasonable prices and personal care. He not only managed to retrieve most of the files, but answered all of my questions professionally, kindly included working again on the drive to catalogue it & try to retrieve more data and gave me advice about issues with my photos library and my iMac.
