In one word OUTSTANDING. If you are replacing your TV, Radio, Toaster, Kettle, etc try Gibbons first both for the price and for service both at the point of sale and after, no one and I mean no one beats them. Do not be fooled by the big sheds, they sell at a price but offer little if any ongoing support.
Useless business had my tv for two weeks told me they repaired it then wasn’t working . Kept my deposit when they wasted my time . Keep blaming the engineer for not being an saying they couldn’t source parts when it took me one phone call to curry’s for a new board 25 quid . Failing business stay away
Called Graham at the shop this afternoon as Mum’s tv not working. He sent an engineer out to check it out. (tv no good) New tv supplied so I have a happy Mum again able to watch her tv. Thank you for your excellent service.
