I really suggest you avoid this cowboy!!!
went in to have my iphone screen changed on my iphone 5c.
Kay (or GSM Kay who has actually reviewed himself with a 5* rating on this google review!!!!)
told me PS70, I said id rather not because I heard the going rate was PS40, kay said he uses “official iphone screens” so I went with kay.
2 days after getting the phone back , the screen glass came away , the touchscreen didn’t respond until after id locked/unlocked the phone on every occasion, and the screen visibility was down 50% due to a series of lines running down the LCD.
I took my phone back to the shop, kay explained that my battery had swollen and this was the cause for the screen going.
he said he’d do a 1 off deal for me and replace screen and battery for PS90, again I trusted kay……..
2 weeks later the lines appeared back on my phone, the screen peeled away again and smashed when I tried to clip it back in, I checked w8ith a friends iphone and the screen kay had fitted on mine was no way an official iphone screen, the glass wasn’t thick enough.
so. PS160 spent and my phone is still unusable.
while I was in the shop , a woman came in to buy some milky way crispy rolls (which she came back with as they were out of date!!!!)

I don’t want my money back, I don’t even want kay to fix my phone for free!!!

Dropped my iPhone and broke the glass on both the front and the back. Kay at GSM quoted me a lot less then the other places. He also had it done within an hour. Very friendly service and I couldn’t believe how fast it was done. Would definitely recommend A+
Brilliant service. Tried fixing my phone myself messed it up. K was super helpful and the whole experience was sift easy and economical. You could even grab a snickers from the same shop you’re getting your phone repaired from while your waiting. Sweet.
