Lie about how long it will take. Dont call to give you updates instead they ignore you. Dropped an ipad off Saturday when they opened, they said it will take 1 day to change a charging port. Didnt call to give me updates I had to power call them everytime. By Monday he said another day I asked, will it be ready for sure on Tues? and he said he didnt know changing a charging port takes a lot of time.. days. Since he couldnt give me a straight answer I took it back and had another shop fix it in a few hours. What a waste of time these guys cant give a straight answer.
The quality of the repair was top-notch; my phone looks and works like new. The repair was completed within the promised two-hour timeframe, which was very convenient. The cost was reasonable and matched the estimate I was given beforehand, with no hidden fees.
The guy here diagnosed and fixed my laptop’s screen display issue, then cleaned the dust inside my laptop, in 2 hours for a reasonable price. My laptop’s now running fine.
