Nightmare scenario, a laptop (or rather disk drive) dies potentially losing all your work. After ringing around a couple of local companies I happened upon GX Computers. From the start Dave was positive something could be done. He collected and returned the laptop very quickly, installed a new solid-state drive and recovered all the work. He kept us informed along the way of what he was proposing to do and if we were happy with it. His fee was also very reasonable. I would have no hesitation in recommending Dave.

I chose them because they are local and had excellent customer reviews. Which I can now endorse 100%. Dave’s service is way above excellent. He did exactly what was promised – in fact, more than promised. Timely, within our agreed cost and a really kind, friendly guy too. I guess you could say I am “well pleased”.

He helped us with a worrying situation and kept us informed of the activities he was doing each step of the way, ensuring we were comfortable and understood.
